After a few blocks of strolling along Serangoon Road, you'll come across this temple. It's a Hindu temple with a lot of intricate carvings and features. It also is highly colourful and appealing to the eye! You can head inside and take in the calmness and serenity of this place that is quite unique. Besides, many people like to find accommodation in Little India for several reasons. Apart from the tourist attractions and activities it offers, you can find cosy and comfortable accommodation here. For instance, you can check out hotels in Little India Singapore the likes of Park Hotel Farrer Park for a good experience.

 Tan Teng Niah

This vibrantly coloured Chinese mansion is located in the heart of a buzzing neighbourhood with abundant street art and paintings. Locals can also be found here, spending time with family and friends gathered around a table while sharing some delicious food and drinks. This is how the locals like to spend quality time with their families!

 Tekka Centre

The Tekka Centre, which is virtually next door to the Tan Teng Niah home, seems to be well worth a visit, particularly if you're hungry. Many folks whine about a stench in the air here, but once you are inside, you will not notice a stench at all. As the venue is so large, there has been plenty of seating made available, but it can also be rather crowded at times.

 Little India Arcade

Take a walk from across the street once you've finished exploring the Tekka Centre to discover what the Little India Arcade has to offer. This is a semi-open shopping street with a wide range of stores to choose from.

 Abdul Gafoor Mosque

The Abdul Gafoor Mosque is a short distance away from Little India. This mosque was initially built back in 1907 and since then has been rebuilt. For many tourists, seeing a structure with this colour theme and architectural style is always intriguing.

Leong San See Temple

The Leong San See Temple is one of the many temples dotted across Little India. As you will be able to see from photos, the appearance of this Buddhist temple differs significantly from that of the Hindu temple as well as the Muslim mosque we previously mentioned. This is why you ought to visit this place and not overlook it!

 Sakya Muni Buddha Gaya Temple

The Sakya Muni Buddha Gaya Temple is located just down the block from Little India. This Buddhist temple has a 15-metre-high seated Buddha. It is a place to take dramatic photographs of cultural arts too. So, make sure to drop by for yet another unique experience you may not find elsewhere!

 Jewel Changi

Though this is not strictly in the Little India district, it has become a part of many tourist itineraries. When you are in Singapore, you'll undoubtedly find yourself at the airport at some time, which means you'll be in close vicinity to the brand new Jewel Changi. Drop by for a while and you will be doing yourself a favour. It's essentially a large shopping mall, but the free activities that are on offer such as visiting the HSBC Rain Vortex is pretty enjoyable. So, don’t miss out on this place and its offerings!
